Sorry folks...Nothing new to post today

I was ill yesterday and didn't get anything ready to post. I guess I had a bit of a stomach virus or something and I shall spare you the ugly details. I did take some Phenegren, which knocks me on my hiney and I slept most of the day and therefore didn't get anything done.

But I would like to share something from the past with you that some of you may not have seen before....

If you ever wonder what to do with the clamshells from the Cricut cartridges you can always try your hand at painting on the acetate!

  1. You're a brave lady, Okie (and a crafty one, too)! There's no way my card would come out looking that good if I tried this on my own.

I always wondered what to do with the outside plastic containers of my Cricut Carts (and we won't mention that I get way too many of them in the mail). I'll have to bite the bullet & try painting them, too!

  3. Okieladybug,

So sorry to hear that you are under the weather and hope you feel better very soon.

Love the tutorial video - thank you; I have been knitting a shawl and socks and making cards and I can hear my Cricut just crying back in my studio, :o) I need to spend some time with her soon! Hey - I can use it for the rest of the Christmas cards (as a light bulb goes on suddenly in my eyes!).

    Get better!
